So I need to know if the pocket on the door panel of a 08 TL-S comes off. I am talking about the piece on the lower part of the door panel that comes open and has the sunglass holder in it. I had a passanger leave a scratch on it that will not come out and they want to pay to have it replaced.

Is this a piece that will come off or will I need the entire door panel? If it does come off a part number would be great. I also forgot to mention that my interior is ebony.

I have tried to make it look better thinking it was only a scuff but it is in fact a scrach.

It doesnt look like that part is removable (from what I can tell). If you go to http://www.hondaparts.com, you can search by model. Go to Parts\Interior / Bumper\Front Door Lining. Unfortunately, the entire assembly looks like it costs $441 (of course that is direct from Honda).

This is probably what you need and the pocket is not available separately from what the parts list shows. Less than $441 but still not cheap. Check with your dealer's parts department to confirm this, or call Tim at Hondacuraworld at 1-888-729-5257.

Ok, thanks for the help. I wish they would have made the door panel more durable against scraching and scuffs. Or that they would have made that piece so it can be changed out.
