Replacement TL-S fog lamps

Hi Folks,
Both my fog lamps lenses have cracked after a front end mishap. Insurance is not replacing these citing previous damage. I am left with the cost of replacing these. OEM replacement is almost 220 each side.Is there any good quality aftermarket replacement option for these? Any help will be appreciated

I'm going through the same situation with my tsx

Just found a guy in canada who makes and sell lexan plastic replacements for cracked units

If you can take yours apart, it may be worth it

I think it's $30 for the pair

Depo brand does have a glass lens like OEM. I went with the Depos on my 07-08 conversion. Its been a few years and no problems, with H8 HID too.

Aftermarket lamps should not be trusted unless you know someone willing to refer them. The risk is too great to save a few bucks. I agree that the amount for oem replacements is extremely high and many with the Mercedes c300 before the facelift have experienced cracked lenses as well. Maybe try a junkyard? Once you do replace them, use lamin x or clear tape to prevent them from shattering from flying rocks.

So the aftermarket stuff available on ebay is plastic or glass? Looks exactly like the above posted link for half the price. I asked the seller the same question, waiting for a reply. Those [ics are unsettling. OEM are uberexpensive- not an option.

I went with Depo brand after market fog lamps when I did my conversion about a year and a half ago

I've never had a problem with them; they are glass and have had yellow tint and 6000k HIDs installed in them since I they were first installed. I got them on eBay for about 220$
