Since I live in Canada, and especially the really dirty air Toronto, silver is the best color. A black car would need to wiped down 3 times a day because of all the dust in the air.
To tell you the truth, my favourite choices for the TL are
1. white
2. black
3. silver
Silver is at the bottom of my list. But I would probably get the silver because I know I would be so frustrated trying to keep the damn thing clean in the winter.

IMO, these are the top three:
1. Navy Blue Pearl
2. Redona Red Pearl
3. Deep Green Pearl
Anthracite would be at #3, but it has basically become the new silver. It seems like every other car on the road is an anthracite grey color. As a result, the color has become somewhat boring like silver.
Interior-wise, camel is best, followed by ebony. Of course, the exterior color comes into play when picking the interior.

yea, same for me here. I just got my 06' NBP detailed friday and it's already dirty as f***. but it's soo worth it. for me, NBP is the hottest color by far for the TL. It just goes really well with the body shape and overall look of the car...
WDP is the second choice for me. It too just seems to fit the shape of the body and makes it really stand out.
I didn't really like the Silver or AM colors. for some reason for me it makes the TL look like just any other modern car out there.

I just picked up my new TL w/Navigation on Monday. Picking out a color was a major issue for me, I would have gotten bright red in a heartbeat if it had been available. I had decided on Moroccan Red Pearl from the pics, but when I saw it in person it was a little too orange for me, even though it is a beautiful color.
I finally settled on Nighthawk Black with Taupe interior. It really looks good on the TL, but I have a feeling that I may live to regret it when it comes to keeping it looking good.
