New battery being drained

2 month old new battery has died 3 times, went to autozone and all tests passed but there's a 66% battery drain. I disabled the parking mode on my dash cam but still died. I recently switched to LED turn signals along with the new relay but I can't imagine that's the issue?

I do have the dashcam hardwired via OBD port.

Likely the HFL - it's very very common with the 3G TL. It doesn't shut off when you turn off the ignition.

Most likely the HFL unit, very easy to disconnect and throw away.

Do all TL's have this? I had zero issues before the dashcam/LED/relay. Had the car for more than a year without a single issue until I added these 3 things so to me it's related to this? I already removed the relay and the bulbs will be next

All TLs have the HFL, but not all of them have this issue. I had an 08 TL-S and sold it in 2023 and didn't have any issues with the HFL, but like I said, it is very common. Undo what you did with the LEDs and the relay and see if the problem goes away. Either that or disconnect the HFL and you will figure it out by process of elimination. My$0.02

Ended up removing all of it including disconnecting the HFL. Battery did die between removing the relay and disconnecting the HFL (did these at different times) which was interesting

Got jumped by a friend and let it run/drove for 45min, it did turn back on a second time so we will see in the morning.

Issue seems to be fixed. Went back to Autozone for another test and was at 89% then 100% charge rate

Not sure if issue was led/relay or the HFL though.

I'm glad you seem to be back in business but above I said disconnect the LED and the relay.... ,,,,Either that or disconnect the HFL........ You did both so you aren't sure which one was the issue. Seeing you have everything disconnected, you can choose which one to reconnect. I would go with your LEDs and relay, based on the known issue with the HFL, but it could be either. Again, glad you no longer have a dying battery.

Thanks! Well I've moved on from the LED's, already removed them and returned the relay. It's in my best interest to put the money/time into much needed repairs instead of accessories lol I do have interior lights and led license plate and backup light's so it's ok
