Mesh Grille

Hey guys, I've been wanting to insert mesh in the lower part of my 2004 TL grille. I need help on where to buy this mesh, measurements, and directions. I think it looks sick with it, I already have mesh in my center grille where the emblem is but I really want the bottom grille to go with it. It looks like this.

Im pretty sure you can buy mesh anywhere, they might have precut ones on ebay. Do you have pics of your car with the center grill. Link didnt work for me.

Ask dragonlord and rondog where they got it from. I think Kennedy has that kind as well. Good luck!

that mesh that you see with the ronjon kit comes with it. the one that most people have on here was added on and added onto the pre existing grile (black rubber thing") i would definitely recommend leaving it on b/c one it will look nasty b/c with just the screen it not flush with the bumper and two how else would it stay in place... hope this helps. remember the one your talking about can only be done if you also add the ron jon aero kit... good luck!

I'm doing my mesh grilles now and did some extensive research. I found that the grilles from here are thicker guage and the highest quality. You don't want some cheapo stuff that will rust and if you paint them yourself they'll be chipping by April. You don't know what you are getting from Ebay. These guys sell mesh better suited for automotive application and best thing is for $5 you can get a sample pack and know exactly what will go with your car instead of guessing from a internet picture and trying to visualize with your imagination. Best thing is they are made of aluminum and they sell it in powder-coated black for an extra charge. Once you buy the grille the $5 gets credited back. I'm really happy I got the sample pack because I was about to blindly pick a grille type and I changed my mind once I saw what the real product looked like. Sure it's a few bucks more than the Ebay guys but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend these guys!

The gutter grill from Home Depot is aluminum too....... So no rust. I had them on my old TSX. Just yesterday a co-worker showed me the mesh grill he did on his Nissan. He used an old server rack grill from the door of the rack. He did a super job and the mesh is very stiff and strong. Very clean.

Silver grill is going to look right only on some cars. Most people want the grill black. If you want the grill powdercoated the link I posted above is the best place to get it. High quality, strong stuff that is made for automotive use. I've had it on my car 1 yr. now and it is PERFECT not a single chip or rust on it. A few of us have used it and we are all happy.
