hi guys, i was wondering if it is possible to change the grill for the 04-08 tl's. ive been looking around the web and this site but havent found nuthin.

If you guys know of any site that i can check out that will be great. thnx

 

Look at ebay they should have the fiberglass grill with the metal mesh. Look at the photo section, there was a step by step for the ebay grill.

 

This is an easy Project...

 

There are threads about mesh grills for sure, I should know I have posted on almost all of them! Including one that is 15 pgs+. Search again.

offtopik of course means that this is an easy project on photoshop......because the real thing is much harder!

i did the mesh grill on my 05 TL before and it turned out pretty good but for some reason it looked like it made the car look cheap in the front end. I ended up having to redo my accord fog mod and i decided to do what Crook did and put the type s grills instead in the bottom and around the logo. took a while to do it...about 5 hours including the fog light installation but the payoff was great. Way better looking then just doing mesh. ive never seen the ebay grill on a TL before, only pictures, but if you want a clean OEM look with a nice sporty design, dropping those type s grills really show up the front of the car.
