Considering purchasing a new TL in about 6 or so months. 2005 model.
I wanted to know how everyone is doing with the gas milege mainly? I drive a Pathfinder LE right now, 03 model, and its killing me on gas. 14-15 city. I drive over 100 miles a day now for work, mostly city, some highway. I hope to get back into the Acura camp, but to do that, I gotta dig deep to get a down payment to make the cars payments where I want.
I can barely hit 260 a tank before my fuel light is on.
My plans are to order a 2005 TL 6spd. w/nav black w/ebony. As you can see I had a 02 CL-S too, loved the car, hated the dreaded tranny issues.
But it was fast, ran 14.42 at 99.8 mph with just headers and hks mufflers.

Our other vehicle is an 01 LE 4x4 and we get 17-18mpg with 50/50 city/highway mix. Are you using premium fuel as required? Few times I didn't I noticed a drop in MPG. Not sure about yours but our fuel warning light comes on way early.
Just filled up the TL today average 21.4 (exact same as adam209) with 1100 miles 50/50 mix.
I hear it improves a little when it's broken in - will have to wait and see.

I'm getting about 17-18 mpg in mixed driving. I average about 20-24 mph.

This mileage discussion sounds like a scene from "Annie Hall"
Diane Keaton: "He is always wanting sex, maybe three times a week".
Woody Allen: "We never have sex, maybe only three times a week."

I have switched between them to see if it made a difference. I mostly use 93 octane Exxon gas. Maybe I need to run some cleaner through it. I will give it a shot.
