body work help!

My girlfriend bumped my car when she was getting out of a paralell park. I was wondering how I can get this out. Maybe wax or buff? Any help is appreciated.

If polishing doesn't do the job, try Meguiars Ultimate compound, took alot of scratches out of my car i didn't think would come out.
Make sure to follow up with a polish and wax!

Thanks for the reponses guys. Would it be OK to go to a car wash and get a car wash package that has Teflon wax or whatever?

I'm afraid ill mess it up that's why I don't want to do it myself.

Why not just do it yourself so you know its done correctly and not have to worry about it?
