So my '05 TL is in need of some new bumpers from hitting a few dips too hard.. anyone have any pictures of their body kits and know where I can get a good deal for one?

you can go to the dealer for the aspec add on lip kit.
or you can PM bruce, acktl05, to see if he can get you the aspec lip kit for cheaper.

A-Spec is really the only aesthetics kit out there. I've seen one other kit (I forget the name) but I think it makes the TL look worse than a fartcan Civic. You can get a deal on the A-Spec here on these forums from a vendor. There are always group buys in the works.

Hi Cesar!

What everyone else said. A-Spec kit is where it's at.

Other options include RonJon and Versus, but these are much more expensive and many folks have mixed feelings about them. But who knows, maybe you'll really like it lol.

test fit pics of our kit fitment…

Finished product:

The level of professionalism of the installer makes a HUGE difference. Not all shops show care and desire to install correctly, and are quick to blame their disinterest in the customer's satisfaction on the parts…

Actually, the price is going to jump to $1690 after these next two kits are sold at $1500, since our old factory relocated and was purchased by another owner. I know, it's a lot of funds for a kit, but when compared to the cost to build them in such low volumes, the price is not as profitable as people think. The cost of building is very high now. The price of $1500 has been the same since 2007, and the cost of materials and labor has steadily risen over the years. So if we sell a bunch, great, but if we don't, I have no problem not selling them. When the Lord almighty gives me a situation, I cannot complain, He may be protecting me from a disaster in the future, maybe teaching me a lesson for my good, I may never know, but I do trust His decisions:

1 Thessalonians 5:18
Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

I wonder if anyone has ever tried to do Inspire fog lights on the bottom grilles? It looks about a half inch or so taller, maybe another fog light would fit there. But I have yet to see an RJ kit with fogs. I always thought that was the one thing missing from the front to finish it off.

But great job as always RJ, always been a fan of your work. I look forward to what you might do with the TLX!

If you had a crazy, boosted TL I'd vote for a Versus front bumper so you can show off your FMIC. But since you're probably closer to stock, my vote goes for A-Spec and then the RonJon kit.

My inner ricer loves the Versus front bumper.

Yes the famous ACCURATEin's car. An AZine favorite, probably top 5 3GTLs out there. I wouldn't call it rice at all though.

Rondog: Is it possible to fit that kit to an '07-'08 TL-S with the quad exhaust tips and front fogs?

The grille needs to be from the 04-06, the 07-08 won't fit since it is slightly larger. The exhaust needs to be 0.5" lower to fit, and the fogs need to be custom fit. But the actual mounting points work...

Awesome! Thanks for the info. Not a lot of customizing when it comes down to it. The gears are turning now!
