HPS intercooler charge pipe

After 4 hours on this, i have limp mode & a check engine light. the directions given do not match my vehicle (2025 Rdx). And the pipe doesn’t exactly fit the space it goes in. The two sensors are really close to the head. It doesn’t line up with the charge pipe coming up from the intercooler.
Another question.in this photo in front of the two sensors on the pipe u all see that hose that goes up then curls like an upside down J? Where does that plug in? Cuz I don’t think it plugs in anywhere. Also, had one extra bolt; bolt was same as the bolts holding in the battery tray. It seems I have 4 of them but I did not see a place for 4 of them to go.
it’s possible one of the pipe clamps came undone. Not only did I not have the right size socket so that I was using a screwdriver to tighten, I did not get agressive tightening them as well as the bad angle.
also also, the factory pipe bolts to the head with 2 12mm screws. But this pipe just free floats. Wtf?
any thoughts anyone?

Update 1:
the pipe doesn’t exactly line up with the charge pipe from the intercooler. I squared up the pipe connecting to the throttlebody, then I worked on attaching it to the charge pipe connecting to the intercooler. I did try to loosen the pipe at the throttlebody, but there is not a lot of room to angle and even when I did loosen it, it is still not lining up proper. my next thought is to maybe loosen up the charge pipe from the intercooler and see if I can redirect that a bit otherwise I’m also emailing and calling HPS and asking what they recommend or what they want to do. See photo

I got it installed correctly. Seems to be working right. Tho I heard a back pressure burble or slerp almost like a cold air intake sound. And I wasn’t accelerating hard or even high rpm. I was doing about 20mph accelerating but let off the throttle to slow down.
any thoughts anyone? I’m a little scared it will come apart at high rpm high speed & boom.
also, I don’t like how it “floats” between the throttle body & the charge pipe. Sure seems like it’s gonna bang around in there
