Anybody had a "no outdoor temp" problem?

Since this morning, my outside air temp indicator has read " _ _ _ F". Has anyone seen this or know how to correct it? This is my first problem with the car (other than a few rattles).

Interestingly the AC came on as "Cold" (its coldest setting) when I started the car. I wonder if this is related. I raised the temperature and everything seems to be working normally for the climate control except for the outdoor temp reading.

Mine is always a good 5 degrees higher than it truly is outside. Sometimes it's more like 8-10!!

I even adjusted it to -3. Too bad that is as far as it will go..

Someone said your dealer can adjust it more….no one has confirmed yet though.

This is more than just inaccurate, it's not reading anything! All I get are 3 dashes ( _ _ _ F) in the reading.

Mine is perfect. Though sometimes I observe radio and towers and displays outside the car are off by 2-3 degrees.

It happened to me about 2 months ago. The dealer couldn't figure it out. I also had HFL problems at same time. The fix (provided by Acura to the dealer) was to disconnect battery and then reconnect. All systems rebooted and I have had no issues since.

Orange peel, if you do that do you need the code to reset the radio?

Vegas, thanks, that's exactly what's happened to mine. So I guess I don't have to worry about resetting the radio?
