I've been told, if you want gains at the gym, you gotta get at least 8 hours of sleep per night, as that is when you're body is creating the most human growth hormone. There are lots of top level athletes that get 8-12 hours of sleep every night. Is it true? I dunno. Maybe? Ask Dr. Majofo. He probably knows. He's
