It's been 9 months of me only dong Calisthenics.
I'm in the best shape of my life. Sure, some of that is being more active, being happy, being in love, being eating better and cutting out alcohol.
but the ONLY thing I do for my muscles is Calisthenics. I have no desire to go to a gym to work out and bird watch. Not when I can stretch, do a set,
walk out my front door and be back from a 3 mile jog in the time it would have taken me to commute back and forth to the gym or bring clothes to work.
Fuck that, that's Zoe time.
It's been 9 months of me only dong Calisthenics.
I'm in the best shape of my life. Sure, some of that is being more active, being happy, being in love, being eating better and cutting out alcohol.
