wtf, the Sportage doesnt have any of those issues. knock on wood.
i'm at 58k miles about to turn 60 soon. will drain and fill transmission and while under there look at bushings, end links, etc.
too be honest, the Sportage has been trouble free, even a dream at 58k miles...like my TL is down more than the sportage!
but thats due to user error more than anything

The sonata is at 80k miles and no issues yet
there's a "potential" of the engine shitting the bed, not totally guaranteed. I bet you the number that fail are super low. I can understand why Kia and Hyundai doesn't want to replace thousands of engines, on their dime, because 100 of them might shit the bed.

Wow srika is sort of a dick, and Sarlacc pegged him perfectly. I always thought there was something about him but until it was laid out all there, I wasn't sure. That was definitely a douchey answer to your question Jeff. ( don't even know if you're going to see this )

Sheiiiiiiiit, now that you mentioned it though, it does seem like I "groundhog day'd" myself. I just do the same thing everyday, only my underwear changes (some of the time).

Curious to know... those of you living in FL or TX, what shape are your classic Hondas in?
And by classic, I mean from about 1990-2001? Besides obvious owner wear and tear, do those older Hondas have rust on them? Here, it's an absolute anomaly to find one with no rust on it. The rear quarter panels, 9999/10000 are rusted to some degree.

If old Hondas didn't rust I'd have a 4G Prelude still. Or even a swapped hatch for fun.
I feel like those oldies rust no matter where they are at.

you live where there is snow though... and with snow comes salt...
Granted, FL is super humid, so I wonder how that plays out on the sheet metal.
