I was never in love with the red nismo pin-striping, it's overdone in the interior.. but I think it looks pretty good.
Not like the mess they made with the jizzmo.

I'll cut your balls off and feed them to Tobey

Oh yeah.. your cost of living (housing at least) is also cheaper than many metropolises
You guys also pay like 0.8% property tax, try 2.5 to 3% here.
And that tax rate is against assessed yearly property value
Shit keeps going up..
Society in general has been raised to believe they should be happy with what they have. Why? Why settle? Why be like "well, I get my xxxx pay check every two weeks, yeah, this is life!" And to be honest, that was mostly me too. I was taught to be happy with what I had. To me, that means being happy by settling, because I'm too lazy and stupid to move any further along. Getting an engineering degree wasn't that special. At least not to me. There's 40,000+ other engineers in this province. I'm just another cog in the machine of same old- don't do too much, don't be too ambitious, don't strive for more because you're an excellent employee and that's what you should remain as.

I always had a fire burning inside me, wanting more, but I never knew what to do about it. Until I was forced to do something about it. My current situation may have had some incredibly dark and troubling days over the last 3 months, but I use that now to inspire me and push me forward. All my life, all I ever dreamed about was making money. And lots of it. I know money doesn't buy happiness. That's not why I want it. What money does is buys you freedoms to find your happiness. Working 9-5 for the man will never get me there. Money is a nice little symbol of "I made it". I love my material possessions. I work hard for them, and I'm damn proud of everything I have. But that doesn't mean I can't continue striving for more. I've been in love with money since I was 6 and had my first allowance of $2/week. You best believe I squirreled it all. In grade 2 I was hustlin' bubble gum during recess... until the teachers shut me down because too many kids were chewing gum in class. so on, and so on...

120k isn't all that special, when there is 4.99% of Canadian society far ahead of me. That's like being happy for coming in 4th place in the Olympics in a race... I mean, hey, at least you beat 99.999999% of the world! See? It's just not the same. And the rentals? Yeah. They're for sale. She's entitled to half of them. As much as it chaps my ass, at least it'll help fund my business start up. Hopefully. If all goes well. Or I'll fail miserably, dust myself off, and try again.

I don't expect most to understand. I probably seem like some nut job with my priorities mixed up. By the end of the day, we all have to do what makes us happy. And no one else. No one else is going to ensure I'm happy. No one else is going to put my agenda ahead of their own.

You're actually right. I do fear that. I think it will be a rather long time before I meet someone again, though. I want someone fit and someone ambitious. The odds of finding someone like that in their 30s around here is pretty slim. But I'm also in no rush. And if no one comes around, that's ok too. I'm starting to enjoy this single life and all it brings.
