Pretty dang productive day 
Got the master changed out...I will say that German cars are well put together and very logical with how they come apart and go back together.
Car is driveable again! I hope it ends there as far as the clutch, it grabs and doesn't slip at all...so if there's any more pedal bs, it's from the slave...
which is inside the transmission...which...well, if I do that, I might as well do a clutch.
Also, rebuilt the vacuum pump by replacing the seals...$30 kit but it'll stop the oil leaking down the side of the engine.
Got one bedroom basically done today...forgot how rewarding it was to lay laminate...especially when you buy the cut off thingy cutter thing...wow, no dust and no leaving the room. Absolutely a must if you do it yourself.
Even had my best buddy help me.

true story. Kind of. I let my undiagnosed symptoms go on for several months before I finally decided to see a doctor. I was taking a full length piss, every 45 minutes of the day. And I mean one of those pisses that feels like you were holding it 2 hours longer than you should have. Less at night, but still pretty frequent. Body just trying to dump the sugar, as you mentioned. You'll know if you get the diabeetus though. Constant dry mouth, constant thirst, constant pissing, constantly super tired, severe muscle cramps, etc...

Wouldn't mind it. It's about $20K more than the allroad and C-Estate...so, I guess the "hype" of the V90 has died down a bit for me (which is why I usually take time to buy my cars) and so, I am unsure if I have 20,000 reasons to buy the Volvo over the German offerings.
We'll see. The wife's MINI needs to be replaced soon so, come late-spring 2018 or summer I'll be seriously shopping.
At the moment, nothing in the Japanese car-makers interests me. And that includes the RLX with upgraded wheels.

Also, FYI, Edmonton (that canuck town that Taco hails from) is actually part of a Canadian territory called Alberta and it's north of Montana (south of Detroit though).
It's also called the Texas of Canada.. although it's not as big
