When it becomes cheap enough to throw slush money at (it's nearly there already).. I'll get one. C63 too.. two of my favorite engines.

I believe the update was in 2011
It didn't happen to all of them, but it did happen enough that they revised them. This is for all vehicles that shared that engine.

The issue is all M156 engines pre-2012 (fix was mid 2011, so some 2011 AMGs affected), up to engine serial number 569xx 60 060658

I've seen 2012 C63's sell for this price point, but it seems the resale values have jumped this past year. When I was looking a year or so ago, it seemed like the market was 5k less.

I love the styling of a C63 AMG

I'm with you on the M5. but the M3 styling is closer of a comparison to the C63 (in form anyway)
