had a case of the shits, sunday night/monday morning.
ive forgotten what a really bad stomach ache feels like
not fun.
I made it into work today. but nothing is going on.
I did all those 9 track tapes wrong because I had improper training...
so, i have to wait till some one from headquarters to properly train me
in the meantime, waiting for more geophysical work.

maybe the beef was left out for a prolonged amount of time...?

gonna try this new thing my friend recommended called 'working out' in the 'morning..
so now instead of working out before sleeping i'll wake up at 6 am EST and work out in hotel room before getting ready for work... maybe go to gym if i'm feeling adventurous but let's not get ahead of ourselves...

Lon is 77 years old...still walks the dogs every day and out there working in her garden...i give her all my "cokinuts" so she can cook with them...
it's her house, then buddy...then her daughter and SOL caddy corner to my house...

We were talking the other day about how Lon thought my name was Dear Meat...since she couldn't really pronounce Jeremy. Then Betty and I were talking to her and she was like..."Jeremy...why you have 2 names?!?!"
I thought her daughter's name was Lola instead of Laura.
