Hey guys, I have this problem at work i was hoping you could help me with. You see i'm trying to fit in with this group of co-workers of mine. They're always having conversations and laughing and having fun but I'd like to join in. Once in a while, I'll interject with a joke or make fun of one of them but they just ignore me. Sometimes, I feel like they're laughing at MY expense... Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Sad story, he wasn't watching where he was going one day and got smashed into a loading dock by a forklift.
Homebouy had to go out on medical, busted both arms and a leg. Was bedridden for months. When he came back he told this story about how he could just lay there and watch that Rosie O'Donnell talkshit during the day, couldn't get up to piss or shit by himself. His mom's had to jerk him off when his pecker started working again.
Gimped his hand up real bad and gave him a limp. Never was the same.
After that he started hanging around Debra's desk over in Shipping. Didn't have much to say anymore.
