Dammit and your imgur links while on my work computer Joe...I chuckle at work, then have to go back at home to actually laugh.

It's more than just driving.. it's the design itself. If you do get it, and don't mind the way it shifts, definitely don't hold onto it out of warranty or sell it before the miles pile on after it's out of warranty.

We will NOT be doing that on AcuraZine.....not at all-not even in jest. It's rude, it's low class and will not be tolerated on this Forum.

Steven, we read you loud and clearespecially with the senior citizen sized font you used!

The youth use it in friendly banter, but most of us know better than to type that or anything offensive out in reference to sexism/racism. This is Acurazine, not a free for all!

That's curious... in Vietnamese we have a similar saying

"Don't fuck your food"

Good thing I got rid of my Accord then. I hear horror stories from people about CVT but maybe since I only had the car for 2 years.

Joe...as a car guy, you really didn't "mind" the feeling of the CVT?
Serious question...I guess I'd get used to it but it annoyed me to feel like it was just stuck in one gear forever.

That's what it should be called...FG - forever Gear

I know Jeremy, but we will hold ourselves to a higher standard here on AcuraZine. I know it's not meant in a demeaning way. But we are ALL better than that (to use that kind of language here on this Forum).

I rented a Maxima with a CVT. It was jerky and you couldn't hold gears, it was always playing around. But I drove the shit out of it. It would sometimes be like.. what gear should I get in? So there would be a delay when hammering it down. I could live with it.. but I'd always be paranoid about the day it takes a shit.

My dad just traded his '09 Max with 180k on it...never had an issue with the CVT. Could be an exception to the norm though
