What all is different between AP1 and AP2? Lights? Gearing? Suspension tweaks? That about it? I never looked into it much.

AP2 - AP1 = 1

The difference between the two is 1.

The first paragraph of the AP2 wiki article is solid enough.

But uh, redline high on AP1 so weee. AP2 most sportsy though still because 2.2L with more torque over 2.0L, shorter gears and better suspension geometry.

Nah Maj, didn't buy it. Was just bullshittin around at the dealer. I never noticed the CVT that everyone talks about in the Accord. Guess I need to go test drive one to see what everyone else feels.

3G TL guys.

What transmission can go into the 3G TL? Like the 2g we had the option of putting a 06 iirc odyssey motor in it.

Nothing is what we feel. It just goes forward without any noticeable gear change, and that's unsettling but obviously the reliability or lack-thereof is the real concern.

I think the early 3G can take an accord transmission from +07...there's a recent thread on it.

Super simple swap, as far as transmissions swaps go. Like almost identical.

I think it's 03 to 07 V6 transmissions though and not 07+, don't quote me on that however.

it's too smooth. do you know any enthusiast that doesn't want any jerking while riding?

i mean, if you're getting no jerking while riding, you're gonna have a bad time.

Warning to All

Guys,

I have taken out the "N" word in this thread (as of late).

We will NOT be doing that on AcuraZine.....not at all-not even in jest. It's rude, it's low class and will not be tolerated on this Forum.

If I see it again, it's a Perma Ban-no questions asked......this is your only warning.
