OMG
That brisket thou, so good!
I'd say it was worth the wait. Now is it worth it to wait every time? Dont think so.
Worth it for sure to experience it. While waiting, met some chill people from Florida, Anchorage & some cuties from Nebraska.

I'm with RS on this one. I never had this south style BBQ before. Just last year I finally started to understand the nuance of the smokes meat vs. the sauce. For the longest time I tried to appreciate it, but it was just dried out meat. Unless you get the fatty stuff and then it's dried out meat with some fat juice.
For me, BBQ was always meat in sauce and the nuance was in the flavor/style if sauce. So southBBQ is just a new thing...
Not really my thing I suppose. Some people get real passionate about BBQ, I'll take it or leave it. Now chile rellenos? I've lost (and gained) friends because of rellenos. That's my passion.
