I will try to go over everything, but i have to say i "LOVE" the brake pedal feel! I know its a little thing, but it has made the biggest impression on me.

My thought exactly. Here winter tires are obligatory starting December 15th but I usually have mine by mid-November, since the temperature alone is enough to create ice/black ice and catching a patch on summer UHP tires is no fun.
