Would suck to own a VW right now the ARB is going to work with the DMV and make people take their Vw in for the recall and if they refuse they won't issue their registration to them.

Honestly, it's one of the biggest reasons I don't mind the transcontinental commute every week.. Much faster than LA traffic

^i read a blog last night about how this guy traveled from San Fran to New York by train for less than $500. took 4 days.

I wouldnt mind doing that.

I did that too if you remember. But it started flaking off this spring and I just removed it all with the pressure washer. I've just been keeping a solid coat of sealer & wax on it since. If I have to sand them once a year...no big deal really.

Took the TL to ~6700rpm on second gear last night going through a tight highway entrance between 2 walls. Windows down obviously, because VTEC.

Dem Hondas they just love the redline. Also you can go surprisingly fast even in 2nd gear. Fun times!

Thinking of trying to retrofit the 07-08 non nav display in the car tonight. All that trim removing will fuck me up though arghhh.

Otherwise I think it's baby soldering of 1 connector with like 12 wires. Shit's gonna be money. $__$
