</p><p> </p><p>As long as you don't chirp the tires, drive recklessly or exceed the acceptable noise levels (which are honestly pretty high here, so I can't imagine in TX lol) they have no shit on you, yeah. Many of my friends got pulled over like that but they usually end up with tickets for other things...</p><p>

If you look like a stupid ricer kid they'll find a reason to pull you over, and will ticket you for your infractions. But if you pull your seat up and don't act like you're hot shit and simply want to own a nice ride while being courteous the whole time it's usually just a warning for whatever. When I hear people here say "Fucking cops they're all pigs, ticketed me for X and Y" I just think to myself they're lucky this isn't freaking Venezuela or they'd be in a ditch...</p>
