It's like. "a motor can be controlled to exert a force, said force is transferred via cables and pulleys"

and then

"device from previous claim (1) is therein computer controlled"

Fucking assholes.

Congratulations on describing how to use a fucking electric motor, and a simple machine. Good luck litigating against small companies trying to actually fucking build something.

It's literally extortion. Defending a suit costs at least $1 million. So a bunch of companies settle out of court for hundreds of thousands, and a majority of the threats are objectively baseless.

Vlad.. you should just license one patent, and use it as a base for your patent, den profit son. If they try to sue, just say you using a licensed patent, sue what? fuck 'em.

Honestly, if a patent isn't being used / marketed with X (something like 50-150k) amount of money invested, made, or licensed.. It should expire.

Alternatively, if you want to maintain that patent, it should cost $40k / year.

That was my thought too. License one, license the first one that has the claims I need. I'll need to hire an attorney for sure. For now, I just need to engineer some shit.

Hi Brothers United Through Tossing Salads

Hectic couple of weeks. Sactown for a week, met w/ Flippy. Back to the H for a couple days - saw Faith No More & Napalm Death, outed myself in Ramblings Daily thread as a geezer. Bounced to Colorado for a week with the family, literally planes trains and automobiles. Back to the H, locked in the dungeon to wrap up a final project for summer course. Submitted that bitch late last night and now I just need to survive the day at the office.

And no, I didn't get Rocky Mountain High ( John Denver, mah ) because reasons but tonight, tonight's we get proper!

Have a #blessed day B.U.T.T.S.!

Do eet. Doesn't look like you're gonna save anything unless you find a used one somewhere from a photography major with broken dreams.
