My problem with ignorant people is that so many of them are unbelievably stubborn. Like, you can straight up show them facts and they still won't agree with the facts. Why are so many people so stuck in their ways that their world doesn't include the possibility that they're wrong about something.

Couldn't do it as I HAD to be there on someone elses behalf. There's been plenty of meetings where I go in and out in 15 minutes, tops, and let the rest ramble on for 2 hours.

Although sounding badass on the internet, reality is that kind of attitude doesn't exactly work in the office place. Unless you want everyone to think you're a piece of shit and high and mighty. That's not the kind of team environment I'm looking to work in. Respect goes a long way.

I know you're going to say "well then they should respect my time", and I'd say for the most part that is the case. I work in a great environment and there's only 6 people in my department- a tight knit group that gets it's shit done. But today I'm covering for someone else and I had to sit through the bullshit involving another department.
