Dude...we bought an auction site foreclosure with no finance or inspection contingencies with a deadline to close within 30 days with accruing penalties for failure...everything fell into place...but that was a nerve wracking month...

+1 on the bathroom carpet. Hate that shit. Even proper "no mildew" carpet gets full of disgusting crap. Tile is much better.

Put the taillight tint on the car yesterday. It's a precut and not bad fitting but definitely would have preferred a sheet instead. But hey, brother bought it for me so no complaining.

Either way, looks nice... but I get the feeling cops are gonna fuck with me. 20% is dark AF.
