I hate to see the day that everything in Js life is built, working, organized, clean and flawless.
He will likely start destroying stuff just to put his mind at ease, knowing there's something to fix.

Some people put in a lot of time and effort but they just don't document it with photographs.

question for all of you...
say you found a car... that was perfect in every way... except for the color. Would you still buy it?
add to that, that it is a rare car, so finding the right color isn't easy, and that it's at a good price... would you buy it?

You can always make any car brown. No need to hold out until you find a brown one from the factory.

but knowing everyday that you look at the car, you let out a bit of a sigh, because it wasn't the color you wanted...

If the color is one I don't dislike maybe.

You don't really see the color when your driving.
Just like you don't see
in the dark.

If it's not a color I abhor, I'd do it.
Rare car is rare.
No more black, for me.
Speaking of...where the hell is Kevin?

I won't lie...the one thing I always wanted to change on my old TL was for it to be a color I loved.
Now I enjoy knowing how pretty the kbp looks.
Funny Joe...Betty used to make fun of me because she said I only liked baby poop colors...like the Toyota Venza had a brownish colored pearl that I LOVED.

I actually LOVE that venza color too!! ![rofl](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/rofl.gif)
I always thought a venza in that color, dropped on bags and big gold rims would look killer... I'd never buy it... but I'd like to see it!

Dammit DeerMeat, you *thanked* the question, but didn't answer it!
Your MC noise... is it sort of a gravelly, crunchy, squeak like sound?
I've heard that since like the second month of owning the 2003 Accord. I've just ignored it (well, except for every. single. time. I press the clutch) but if it's that simple of a fix, I might give it a go.

Ok, let's further this stupid car question asking I'm doing.
so the ideal car color is white. But now a silver one shows up at the door.
I normally do do not like silver cars. I find them boring. I do love white though, which is a bit odd. But like I said, the car is absolutely everything that I'd want. And a good price too. There happened to be a white one that just sold a week or so earlier, but it went for 2500 more. Do I wait? Or do I take the savings and enjoy the car for what it is? There also is no guarantee of when another white one will show up. And chances are it won't be as mint.

And while it worked fine, the generator was surging - indicative of a clogged idle jet on the carb. The same carb I just tore apart and got cleaned up a couple months ago.
![Rant](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/rant.gif)
I'm hoping a little Berryman's or Seafoam might clear it up so I don't need to go back into surgery.

Sorry Joe...
from my experience:
Yes...grainy squeaky sound...on the black TL I chased it by replacing the pedal spring, and spraying every type of combination of lube into the master cylinder.
Now that it's fresh in my mind...
I used my old "the club" to depress the pedal fully...
I put some honda high temp urea grease into a plastic syringe
I fill the cavity of the master cylinder (right at fire wall) with the goop...
I do it into both of those little slots (you'll see).
now, if the old couch sound is coming from the engine bay...lube up the tip of the slave...
BUT...what took me years to figure out, is that the transmission fork boot had deteriorated and actually allowed wetness in there and the depressing mechanism had developed rust and whatnot in there.
Same idea, syringe and a mirror and I was able to fill the transmission fork with grease inside the tranny case. Replaced the rubber boot too and BAM, it was silent and smooth.
