Wang fights back, almost unshaken by the man's gun. She grabs it by the barrel and refuses to let go. Her husband Lin emerges from the kitchen, cleaver in hand, slashing the would-be robber in the back.

Hello holmes, got my car back from insurance after 2 freaking months because gas line was B/O, so they had to craft one instead. Terrible service from the garage, and they broke my switchblade key... so it's not even over yet.
But I missed the TL, driving a Sebring is NOT fun.

My insurance people are cool-ish though. Making so big of an ordeal the garage might actually get their franchise license revoked and my insurance company might stop sending them clients. They are being audited by the provincial entity in charge of standards and whatnot. Feels good to be the bad guy, but I have so many better things to do. Working 60 hours this week and 12 days in a row, plus I'm moving July 1st and I have nothing packed... and I'm switching jobs.
Let me google that for you
not convertible & black
Cars was an absolute classic.
That movie is pulling in more money long after it's release than just about any other Pixar offering.
Kids who weren't even thought of when that movie came out are HUGELY in to the Cars franchise.
Cars 2 was a disappointment, hope they get things back on track with Cars 3.

Toy Story is a classic, I can't say Cars qualifies as such. But Disney did create an entire section of Disney's California Adventures for it so maybe...

Morning, slores.
I have just never seen a kids animated movie have such longevity/popularity for so many generations after it's release, with such a large demand(at least from my perspective here in Toronto) for the merchandise.

Frozen is heading that way with that logic.
I love Disney but damn they just gotta let it go...

I saw Cars for the first time this year.
It was alright.
I've now probably seen it approximately eleventy billion times.
And I now find my self walking around the house and randomly shouting "Ka-Chick-a, Ka-Chick-a" at people and inanimate objects.

I mean it has great music, great cast, but damn is it overplayed. Idina Menzel (Elsa) is a PHENOMENAL singer and Broadway star. I think it sort of just went viral and I got tired of it

I had to look up the video to get the name right and that is *still* one of the most cringeworthy things I've seen.
So awesome.

FWIW, I have the Blu-Ray when it released just to see what the fuss was about. The movie has it's moments but not my favorite.

Finding Nemo was good but it was not fave Pixar movie either...for me, it would be Up and Wall-E (and no, not because it's about a robot). The Incredibles was pretty good too.

FWIW, I have some severe spring allergies in that area...And JUST that area. I go to Bampff or Jasper...no problems. Even during spring and full-bloom. So, whatever is in the air there, it does make me sneeze and lose my nose. Claritin FTW, I guess.
Anyways...I know what you mean about the smog/haze. I think it's more related to the dust/allergens in the air than the smog from cars. Then again, with all those giant@$$ pickups, maybe?

But let's be honest here- I remember you saying your allergies were really bad on a number of occasions, with where you live
we are too polite to do anything else. Soon you'll see the passive aggressiveness coming out from both of us but then we will eventually profusely apologize to one another
