That's my ideal location. I'd LOVE to rent my aunts Fresno house once she moves to her other house out here in Shell Beach, but she wants a place with personality. I just want my aunts place for the three car garage, pool with waterfall, and built in BBQ/bar with a flat screen and outdoor surround sound.

There is only one button above the AC controls. The drive select button isn't there. That also means that was a premium plus like mine.
