When Thoiboi says:
What he really means is:
Got some good ramen.
Got some good pussy.

See, because ramen is secretly code for pussy. Just in case you didn't get that.

What a fucking disappointment. You need to be better..
OH! quick question...if the offset is lower than 35 that's when you need spacers? so say a +20 offset with 15 mm spacers brings it back up to what it has to be to clear the brembos?

Finally fucking found it..this...this is what I want. Was this the same setup CL posted earlier when he said his fender was eating his tires?
Volk RE30
17x9
+35 (+20 front, +15 rear with spacers)
255/40/17 front
245/40/17 rear
We didn't realize until after the fact that the tires were wider on one wheel Anyways, the rear fitment was spot on, but the fender literally sat on top of the front tire. I didn't want to move the car and mess anything up.
This was just a test fit! Sadly, these wheels aren't mine

The lower the offset, the further out the face of the wheel will be from the hub.
Brake clearance is more a factor of the wheel/spoke design.

I like the multispokes like this
Avid 1 AV 20 17x9 5x114 3 35 Matte Bronze 12 Spokes Tuner 4 Wheels Set | eBay
but I also like the 5 spoke Volk Te37 look like these
1 Enkei Kojin Wheel 17x9 5x114 3 35 Matte Black Rim | eBay
I'm not sure which way to go though..as long as it looks mean. Just waiting for one to jump off of the page at me

Cheese. That is all. I don't like any of his suggestions, but hey, it's his car...

from what I've come to notice, vanity plates aren't necessarily the best idea. You know that day you were speeding a bit and driving like an ass because you were gonna be late for work? What are people most likely to remember- a vanity plate that helps identify your car, or some random jumble of numbers and letters? You just made yourself a target.
A friend of mine had the same vanity plate for years and two of his cars that had it on were vandalized. It could have been completely random, or someone just remembered his car. He generally does drive like an ass, lol, so I wouldn't be surprised.
I love it when you get a random plate from the DMV, but the letters/numbers end up making a cool plate.
