Well, her being nice, and you being told are one thing, but if buddy doesn't have his cash by then, obviously that ain't gonna fly.
I'm assuming when they say "Mail" they mean they're overnighting it?
any chance they can still just cut check and you pick it up to hand deliver to Alex?

Ford mailed my payment to Honda... But it was overnight, and MAYBE a different protocol for a bank. 
I'm sure it will not be snail mail though, they need some tracking on that. I'm sure it's Next day air, or something along those lines.

No they needed the specific actual address so that it can be overnighted. She also said that after that I just have a document from Fifth Third and that says he can hand the car over to me. Plus I'll have a check for the difference between the sale price and what he still owed.

I remember, I called Honda and asked for the physical Torrance, CA address. Or maybe it was Texass, well, whatever. I called to get it, because Ford was too stupid.

so...my office building has been renovating to i guess attract new tenants and they upgraded the garage gate with an app on your phone.. WTF?
-what happens if I forget the phone one day?

A transient-type person on his bicycle with bags of bottles for recycling plowed into my car while I was turning into the parking lot. Partly my fault for not seeing him riding on the sidewalk but I was also blocked by the tree...
Aren't cyclists supposed to be on the road, though? Anyways, I helped the guy up, dusted him off...made sure he was alright and he didn't make an issue of it (neither did I) and he rode off.
BUT, my driver-side doors are drenched with tepid pop/juice stains...which is NOT the problem. But, where the bike impacted my car, there's a nice strip black rubber streaked on. Hopefully, when I remove this, there is no dent there...
Grr.

It's done. Paperwork is signed and I even had him run to my bank to sign what he needed too. Audi getting payment is a moot point. Tomorrow I'll go in and get a check for the difference and away I go tomorrow night.
