When I went to Divisadero in Mejico with my grandfather in 07...I ate that ish every morning for a week straight. I was relieved to get back to the comforts of the US and A though...we took the rough and authentic trip down to the bottom of Copper canyon in a trip I'll not soon forget. Miss that guy...

What's up guys? I'm new here. Just bought an 08 TL a couple of mths ago. It's got 72,000 miles on it. I've been reading about people having transmission problems. I've got the 3.2 automatic. Any comments?

We have comments, but in this thread they won't likely be pertaining to anything actually car related!

Welcome though...

Also, 06-08 didn't have the same issues as the carry over from the 2nd Gen GlassTran, IIRC. Just go easy on her and do your maintenance.

You're fine, get the ATF changed now. Do a 3x3 - drain and fill of DW1, drive it through every gear, drain and fill again, drive through every gear, then one more drain and fill.. repeat every 20-30k miles and you should be fine. Make sure you crack the fill plug before you loosen the drain plug. 06-08 trans is a modified version of the 2.5G MDX trans. More robust and designed for better line pressure but if you don't regularly change the ATF..

This crazy bitch killed her 2 year old back in June / July. They didn't arrest her until recently because she distanced herself from friends.. they suspected something was up but didn't know what exactly. They think they found his body today, no confirmation but it's pretty much a formality. She's pregnant as well.. they should strap this bitch down to make sure she doesn't kill her baby, then when baby is born, tie those straps to a couple of trucks and rip her shit apart. People are so fucked up..
