FWIW, semi-seriously, I would not judge how much a person lift by how much of a "pussy" they are.

Just getting into the gym and exercising and trying is good enough.




And honestly, I'd rather see someone lift something they can handle with proper form than someone whose ego can't take it and tries something they can't and risks a serious injury.

See the latter all the time at the gym. I'm watching a guy try to curl 60lbs. and I'm thinking...really? as the guy is lurching his back and rocking his body.

I'm proud to say my biceps curling weight is only 40lbs. per arm for lower reps...probably something most of you warm up with.

Definitely wasn't taking a shot bruh. My lifting philosophy is this: The only reps you don't grow from are the ones you don't do. When I first started working my shoulders, I was using 5's. That got too heavy so I just started picking up my arms into the air until I couldn't do that anymore.

The new IS has grown on me. And I definitely like the current iteration of the 3er...still, there's only so much myopia you can go to tout how "awesome" your car is...which is the stupidity we see sometimes on this forum.

Kinda like how for awhile people seemed to have some weird inflated self worth cuz they owned an iPhone. Hilarious.
