Just use a viagra instead of adderall so that you don't accidentally do their math homework for them.

We replaced the priest's pills with adderall and he did all our homework. Got A's in everything except science. Turns out "because God" isn't a valid answer.

You mean getting the 80lb weights, doing 2 reps, taking a 20 minute break on your phone and browsing the womenz, then walking around the rest of the time?

I've been accused of having tunnel vision at the gym to be honest. A couple co-workers got mad at me cuz I apparently looked past them when they waved at me. Oops.

But, I really should take more time to check out some of the hawt women. Even said co-workers are pretty hawt...

The gym is not a place to freaking socialize. And yep, there are those who go there for that...which blows my mind.

effin word...

so at Lifetime Fitness they have only 1 leg press machine...this dude is on there texting and browsing....I asked him how many sets he had left and he said am almost done...

so I did hamstrings and fucker is still sitting there and on facebook....i asked him again and he said "am almost done"

i was pissed and the preworkout kicked in....

i was like "ok, am gonna jump in here and we can share the machine coz it looks like you gonna be here a while"

I was a total doooosh to him...but I really hate stretching my workout to 45-50 minutes....i finish up in 35-40 minutes which includes warm up and post workout stretch....

at times I miss going to lifetime fitness...working out at home just doesnt cut it at time...

yezzir...

i like the high intensity...i dont rest for long either....

say if am doing back and biceps...I do about 3 exercises with 4 sets each for back and 2 exercises with 4 seats each for biceps...depending on the workout it will be either high weight low reps or med weight and higher reps...

but in total about 20 sets...thats about 20-22 minutes...and 30-45 seconds rest between sets, 10-15 minutes...total about 30-47 minutes....

but again this way about over a year back...not been going at it with the same intensity recently

and dont miss the white text

LOL...I'm sorry but if you're hitting it hard for 40 minutes, you'll see some serious results.
Austin spends 2 hours in the gym.
13 minutes on elliptical. 6 lifting the weights near the aerobics class and the remaining on whore and forty one minutes he is on his phone changing songs and posting on tumblr and grindr

I spend about an hour

My friends changed the routine and it's for like a 6 day fkn workout, and they hop off one machine and go to the next, I hated it. So I went back to how we used to workout last week and I'm actually feeling it more by working out alone...which I thought was strange.

That's all you need IMO.

My workouts are usually 45 minutes tops...you get way more calories and results by doing high-intensity. Weights or functional.

This applies for cardio too. On my only-cardio days though, it is 26 minutes maximum on the treadmill rotating in 2 minute sets of a very fast walk followed by a near sprint for 2 minutes. Back and forth at a slight incline. What's interesting is that you'll end up sweating as a dog AFTER you get off the treadmill.

When the weather permits, my only-cardio days could be the stairs at the rivervalley...again, no more than 24 minutes tops.

^^^ I have always liked working out by myself...If am going heavy, I dont mind asking a stranger for a spot...

if you are working out with a friend, by the time you workout, he does his set and then you are back in, its about a minute and half rest for a 30 second set...

Same here.

The limitation for working out alone is on my strength-building days, it would be great to have a spotter but even then, I'm almost so antisocial that I'd rather risk crushing myself on the bench than ask.

Not gonna lie though...I was on the bench, couldn't get it up

I kinda laid the bar on my chest and looked over at the guy next to me with the "help" look in my eyes and he ran over and helped me. Felt like a total fucking idiot.

-tail between legs and run to the car-

Like, I'll admit to checking out a hot girl doing squats or bending over to do rows if she's nearby...but, otherwise, I'm almost oblivious to what's happening in the gym...I want to get in and out as efficiently as possible.

That's almost happened before.

I admit it. Thankfully, I had enough in me to push it to the lowest rung...I had to slide out from a lying position. Oopsh.

dude with headphones one: get it up, get it up
me (giggling and well in a disappointed manner): I cant...help, its hurting me
dude: no pain no gain (while taking his headphones off)
me: fuck that, pick this shit up

I had the same feeling Austin, I head to the locker room, picked up my stuff and left LOL
