ive had several lunches already.
i eat breakfast at 520am. so, Im hungry by 9am.
for 9am lunch i had bean and lentil soup.
12oclock lunch will be fajitas that i made last night

It's a benefit and a weakness I guess, once I set off to do something, I rarely deviate. Benefit meaning, it'll have to take an act of god for me to miss something like a workout. But, also makes me very stubborn to accept/adopt new ideas unless someone can prove to me the true benefits.


So, I guess that is also a benefit since I scoff at 95% of all exercise and diet fads as a result.
