My main go-to for beer is Manhattan Project, local Dallas exquisite beers with a punch, but I grabbed the Hoppy Anniversary out of nostalgia for when I lived in Nevada and it was always fresh. I usually drink tequila/mezcal and flavored sparkling water, or whiskey over ice, but have been back to beer lately as it helps my digestive system.
I actually haven't tried Tupps yet, perhaps that will be next.

It's a hazy Double-Dry Hopped IPA
They do small batch releases with different hop profiles
Some of them are super good
It's tough to recommend it because the batches come and go quick
I really like Series 5, 12, and 15 (had 2 last night for J's bday)
They're all pretty good, worth the try
You definitely get to know your different hop profiles from it
