I'm starying in an extended stay hotel/apartment thing. I've been there a year. I almost got a regular apartment but freaked out because I started to think about moving, which I still plan to do. The time was never right and I started to go towards moving but now I'm sick.

I'm scared. I can barley eat.
I'm trying to stay calm but I'm freaking out being all alone. My mind is getting the best of me and giving me anxiety.
It's to the point where I don't know weather I'm getting sicker or if it's just anxiety.
I can't see a doctor until Tuesday or Wednesday.
I don't feel bad right now. Just weird but it's stressing me out like crazy.

If that's not agreeable to you, find a hobby
Video games are easy.
Even on your phone Get a few that entertain you
pubg, pokemon go, etc.
The more you allow your insecurities to manifest in your mind.
The more your anxiety and psychosomatic bullshit gets worse
You need things that occupy your mind in a positive way
Even consider volunteer work
Having a social circle also helps, not this circle jerk
That could even include a youth group at church
Maybe even stick your dick in one of them

So right now I have a slightly swollen neck that looks reddish at times with a little tingling.
Ears ringing.
And a weird feeling in my lower left abdomen.
Other than not having much of on appetite, I'm pretty ok.
I'm just scared.
I just think I have some type of cancer or something.
If I can get a confirmation that I am indeed healthy, than great. That's what I want.
I can't chill until I feel normal.
So right now I have a slightly swollen neck that looks reddish at times with a little tingling.
