Ok. So I got an rx for doxycycline. I never found out if the tooth is the root of the swelling, but it probably is, I hope.
I also found out that I will need six extractions by an oral surgeon and another $5K in restoration.

Took my first dose of antibiotics a couple of hours ago but now I'm getting fatigued and hot chills with a low grade fever. I'm exhausted and going on 17 and a half hours of being awake after only sleeping 3 hours.
I know it will take a while for the antibiotcs to work. Well that, and rest!
Pray for me, I'm scared.....

I'm not afraid of this car or to get my hands dirty...
also, bought it for a good enough price that if I have a major catastrophe
like engine or trans failure I can cover repair/replace and moving on from it
without taking a hit.

I'm not a total fuck up though...I gapped new spark plugs and did the DSG service myself
before throwing a stage 2 tune on it...the DSG tune supposedly helps with longevity because
it shifts taking the added power into account and doesn't allow as much slip.
So far it's been a great daily. S2000 day today though.
