I was pushing for an MRI but really I am not willing to do meds or surgery so it would have just led me back to holistic anyway.

Anyways, the day after re-tearing it, I went to one of the few acupuncturist in town who isn't BS.
Took out all the inflammation.. was able to touch my toes after..
Obviously didn't heal it, but it was the one time I was like wow.. legit.
I let my vet poke my dogs for their joint shit.
They don't mind, idk if it does anything, whatever.
