@gatrhumpy I wouldn't touch the oem speakers...
look into contacting Jesse something or other on Facebook page to have him upgrade the caps in the oem amp.
That along with the unclad4 10" firing sideways was the perfect combination.
I tried throwing infinitys in there and they sounded too bright and tinny in comparison...oem with a little more rms is perfect.
Over time you would lose volume as the caps age...
his amplifier upgrade made it so you can hear your music properly in all it's glory...
I also wouldn't suggest going the aftermarket amplifier route unless you're willing to go all in.
