I was butthurt. I couldn’t handle it. I needed to get my mental state sorted out. Took a long time. Life sucked for a bit, but I knew I’d get out of it if I kept on keepin’ on.
I dunno mang, something just clicked. I find this place funny AF now. I think back and wonder why I’d get so butthurt about some stuff in the past.

He said he’s mentally getting ready to get back and start trying to take care of himself. We shall see what happens. Definitely helps when someone is helping.
I’m in the same boat. I no longer have a workout partner, so I found a nutritionist/personal trainer for myself. It’ll help keep me diligent. Though to be honest, I’ve been dying to hit the gym again. 3 weeks off has been killer. I’ve lost a bit of size in that time. Gains. GAINS!!! BROTEIN!!!!

I need a better meal plan. I don’t want to plan my own workouts. Just give me the plan and I’ll go do it. I’m also done with cutting. This trainer said she will have me shed a few more pounds while gaining muscle. Something I haven’t been able to really do myself. I’ve gained a bit of size, but I want more. The plan for now is to shed the final 12-14 pounds of fat and gain 15 pounds muscle.
Its $250 for 6 weeks of training. I’ll likely do two full sessions. My health plan will cover it, too. It’ll take longer than 12 weeks to get those results, but by then I should be good on my own, I figure.
