Dude, I got an email from Cinemark the other day. You can totally rent an auditorium for yourself and it's not prohibitively expensive. As cheap as $100 in some cases. As much as I hate people, it actually seems like quite the bargain to take the family to see whatever the fuck without having to deal with the rest of the societal scum.

that's not that bad since it almost cost that much to deal with people eating and bumping their gums right next to you while trying to enjoy a sucky movie.
and you cant even jack it. without someone calling the cops.

Shit, I just remembered I'm a Cinemark member for $9 a month...I wonder if they were kind enough to suspend charges...
if not I'm gonna make them give me a theater to jerk off in for an hour for free. Seriously though...get your family together,
everyone chips in $20 and you get to watch a movie with only your loved ones. That's some 1%er ass shit right there.
Sign me up. Because of shared and alternating shared schedules with our respective kids...lil J and I would normally do
movie date night right quick at least twice a month. Before that I hadn't gone to the movies consistently in ears. Nachos
and frozen blue shit for dinner...not bad. Siskel and Ebert shit.

ive been watching the news coverage and even drone footage of the flooding; man, brand new trucks abandoned and flooded...there was one shot of two brand new F150s and a brand new Silvarado deep into the waters...cant but think insurance fraud. like why would you even attempt heading into the waters.
some just got caught in the rain and couldnt help it, but man....
then there was the apartment complex that a large tree came down on like six cars.

You might be surprised at the stupidity of people in general.
Might not.
When we go down to the beach, there are a handful of areas that you can drive out on to the sand and park. Most are pretty easily accessible but the one I like to go to has a bit of a deep sand trap between the paved road and the beach stretch. One of the biggest sources of entertainment is watching people get stuck. Over and over and over and over.
People will watch someone try to get in, get stuck, get pulled out, and then think that they'll try it themselves.
I have no problem believing that people go blasting into flooded streets thinking that because they have a Furd Eff Eleven-Fiddy, they're impervious to the laws of nature.
When you wrap half your personality into your big shiny truck, then it's an insult to your manhood to *not* make it through the flooded st--- oh lort help me jeebus the water's coming in through the floor...

Well, I guess the silver lining is that in another few weeks, there'll be a new batch of "recently cleaned and detailed creampuff" cars sent to shitty corner car lots all over Loosiana for MM to buy.

oh shit babe, finally, natural disaster occurring, I'll be right back.
Kayak dude's paddle was way too short.
