Fr. Even my TL has swirls. From 10 feet away, you can't tell and I don't care much, as long as it's washed, waxed and not faded. For a car driven 100 miles a day, it's pretty clean!

No curb rash on wheels? Nice.

Hows the Mobile Auto Detailing business coming along?

It's got a little curb rash but we aren't going to talk about that...

Oh. Fuck that. I mean, it's good money but I'm still working at the carwash. I'm full time, 11 hours a day with my commute, so, not much side hustle time. I'm hoping to get my GED soon and start working inside somewhere. I hate the great outdoors.

Tein Flex Z. I set the front to 2 clicks and rear to 4, I never adjusted the height, just used the recommend settings. I also have a rear SPC camber bit, spherical compliance bearings and spacers 15mm front and 20mm rear. As tucked as I am, no rubbing and my fenders aren't rolled. It's the perfect fit!

Do you see that tab to the right of your finger? Bend that up with a rubber mallet or hammer handle.
If you turn just right on a particular angle, you might catch that and regret not rolling. 15/20MM will be close...depending on the tires.
Good choice, got a solid set of mods there, bud.

That was the rear wheel. I would roll them but I don't want my paint to crack. My paint already tends to crack when stressed. I could heat it, but I'm scared. My fronts have a bit more space.

Pay someone to do it.
I avoided rolling for the reasons you mentioned and I caught fender on blue and it wasn't even that low. If I had rolled it would have been perfect.

I might do just that but I think imma be alright because I've been up some super tall curbs at wheel turned to lock and haven't heard a rub or scrape yet. My fronts are sunken in a bit tho

Varies by the day but I do basically 4 exercise days...Day 1 is more centered on shoulders, Day 2 is arms, and Day 3 chest. Day 4 is that cycle I posted before where I do 20 crunches, 15 squats, 10 pushups, and 5 chinups consecutively without stopping. This is repeated during the course of my 5 working days. If a long weekend, it's 4 days.

Though, for Days 1-3, will always have 100 pushups, 100 crunches, and some form of leg exercise. It works and has kept my weight around the same since the pandemic started over 2 years ago.

I think my cardio conditioning is not as good as I don't run the stairs anymore but I do get in my walks when I can.

That's a nice routine. Thinking of getting a gym membership myself. Some of my friends and coworkers are into it.

You're already in better shape than a majority of other 3rd gen TL's out there. Rare few that are in great condition. Slow and steady wins the race. If you do any kit, it's the A-spec kit and call it a day.

Before covid happened, I busted my balls 6 days a week of hard training while running a construction business. I ended up getting down to 7% body fat. If It wasn't for covid, I would have entered into a competition. During covid, we got lazy, but did buy a Peleton with some hand weights. Needless to say, there's only soo much peleton you can do til you're bored of it. Wifey and I do have road bikes, though didn't take advantage of the fact that there was barely any vehicles on the road. As soon as the gyms opened up, we went back. However our gym had closed. I didn't feel the same vibe like the previous gym we were members of. That was short lived. Signed up to Orange theory and it also got boring quick. Now I'm in a cross-fit gym, which works for now. I still haven't found a gym that I like and isn't slammed with 100000000 members.

One thing for sure, I suffered multiple over use injuries over 2018-2019 with the aggressive training. I still need shoulder surgery due to "weightlifters" shoulder. I also suffered a shoulder rotator cuff tear, a herniated lower disk and a oblique muscle tear. My stomach got messed up from all the protein shakes, pre-work outs, ect that I had to get a colonoscopy to rule of any serious illness. I am not looking to get back to where I once was. I'm happy with losing a bit of fat, gaining some muscle and being able to eat pizza once a while. I was eating chicken, egg whites, brown rice and broccoli 3x a day for 8 months. It burned me out. Doing something is better than doing nothing but enjoy life at the same time.

My plan exactly. Keep it stock looking. A spec kit, vinyl the roof. I want to put most of my modding into the exhaust and a tune. Maybe pulleys and the AEM intake, maybe

7%!

In my early 20s, I got into the shakes and creatine and etc. And yeah, I just did NOT like it...just felt...bulky? Didn't like what it was doing to my bowel movement either. And frankly, WTF is in the stuff? So, I got off of it.

In my mid-20s, I reached about 10% bodyfat by working out regularly (M-F) and eating super clean...and when I wanted to get "shredded", I basically went on a grilled chicken, steamed veggies (broccoli basically) diet with like almost little salt -- I used those packets (just 1 on the chicken and what's left, on the veggies) you steal from food courts' Chinese/Japanese places. In about 2 weeks, I was ripped. 6 pack. Dropped to about 136 lbs soaking wet.

Impossible to maintain though TBH. The meals were painful esp. given that was all I was eating.

Now, at my age, I think I'm probably the best shape of most people I know in their 40s and am going around with ~13 to ~14 bodyfat? Diet is generally clean though I do have cheat days...just really hard with a kid anyways. Though, my lunches are still very clean...almost always fruit, veggies. I feel I could eat less animal protein overall but my wife needs it and well, she's also a good cook.

I'm about 143-145 depending on the day of the week.

For you, I think so long as you're regularly sticking to a program (at least working out 3-5 times a week) and a general clean diet (for health), you'll naturally get back to losing a bit of excess fat. Just need to stick with it though.

Having worked out at home for 2+ years, obviously, the gym is nice...but, you don't need it and can make do with exactly what I have TBH. 2 sets of dumbbells, a set up clamps for chinups that fit on door frames...and one resistance band.

Easy and if you stick with it -- daily workouts average about 30-35 minutes tops -- you'll be happy with your results, I think.

Oh that sounds great. I get exhausted easily so keeping it simple would be great. Only reason for getting a gym membership is so that I stick with it. LOL

I do want to get some 8lb and 15lb weights to work on fire arms and curls.

Channel the anger my friend. Big things come from small places.

Speaking of which, I just flexed mine. Got a good pump going.

I agree with you! Nobody really knows what's in all that crap. I no longer use any supplements. I started losing hair to the point where I needed to seek treatment. 7 months of PRP treatment I have more hair than I did in high-school and I grew a beard like J.

A few in here followed my journey. This was the 3rd time I was going to lose a lot of weight and get down to 7% body fat. Wifey and I started together. We supported each other and got to our goals.

All these years on acurazine I've never posted pictures of ourselves. For inspiration and support make exceptions. This was beginning of 2019. I was at 224 pounds like mid 30s body fat. Mind you, I was at 287 pounds at one point and lost 100 when the doctor was like "you're here for a short time, not a long time.. lose weight"

Some before and after. Wifey lost 36 pounds and I ended at 154.3 pounds at 7% body fat which was short lived. I felt ill at that weight.

I worked hard and proved those that doubted me wrong. Now, I'm at 184, working my way back to 170 and don't wish to go any lower. My goal this time around is to lose some body fat but gain the same amount of muscle I had before going down to 7%. I enjoy eating now. Still clean 90% of the time but I'll enjoy pizza or ice cream more often than I did before.

when my wife was involved in a serious accident in December 2019, I didn't care about the gym or working out. She was my number 1 priority. Life changes quickly. Keep doing what you can and most importantly, don't become a nut over eating. Enjoy life and those around you.
