That's not bad leave, especially if you can get $$ on unused leave. Or at least if they let you use sick leave concurrently. You still pay your own employment tax, but I guess with appropriate deductions, you can get that down.

so now am developing it myself, along with my roomie from school....hope it works out.....
well when i get old, I will think about the match %...for now its pretty good....leave i think is good and yes, if i quit they will have to pay me for all the time off I have left over
and why should I pay employment taxes? they do....I dont even have to pay for Visa's and other immigration stuff...I only have to pay the damn lawyer fees for my GC....and the lawyers are making more than the government LOL....
either way, next time I look into a job, I will hit u up with pointers you can give me so I can negotiate better....clearly you know more about this shit than I do LOL....

I was considering a full time but when I evaluated my options, it was coming like a decent deal (not a good deal)....I might just bite the bullet as I dont want to travel anymore....with my company I get to travel a lot....last year (2011 and part of 2012) I was up in Philippines for a while....they have some projects in parts of Europe which sound very interesting....but now with the house, I dont feel like travelling LOL....
lets see how it all pans out....
