Changed the oil tonight
Changed the oil tonight. Replaced my Redline 5W-30 with Redline 5W-20.
Also, with regards to the Redline being so dark upon checking it:

Your first few changes to Redline will get dark quickly. It cleans very well. After the 3rd change it will not get as dark as quickly. Just remember, some oils change colors due to the additives. Redline is one of them. It will get darker just from the heat cycles. It won't get dark as quickly after every additional change but this oil starts out darker than most anyway.

Anyone else feel like they really need to get a new job? Did you act on that feeling? How quickly did you act on it?
Sometimes I feel like I need to get out of this company, but the feeling doesnt last long. Except for this week. I've been feeling like its time to move on since Monday morning. Its gone to shit and the mismanagement and zero communication is ridiculous.

If its a feeling of job insecurity, do it ASAP....if you are happy with the growth the company has to offer, job satisfaction, pay then dont do it....
in any case just put your resume out there to see what the market has to offer job wise and pay wise....
