Changed the oil tonight

Changed the oil tonight. Replaced my Redline 5W-30 with Redline 5W-20.

Also, with regards to the Redline being so dark upon checking it:

Anyone else feel like they really need to get a new job? Did you act on that feeling? How quickly did you act on it?

Sometimes I feel like I need to get out of this company, but the feeling doesnt last long. Except for this week. I've been feeling like its time to move on since Monday morning. Its gone to shit and the mismanagement and zero communication is ridiculous.
