RLX problems
anyone having issues with their RLX?
the windshield washer jets are very very weak on mine. the MDX and the TL before are/were very strong they spray like a jet stream. the RLX is just a weak piss. is this a common problem?

No. Mine sprays to about 3/4 of the way up the windshield. The only exception is in frigid conditions when they can become partially or completely frozen. Seems like a video is in order so you can show us what you mean.
Poor range on garage door opener
I don't want to pile on since I basically really enjoy my sport hybrid but..... I have noticed a very short range on the garage door opener. I am comparing it to my '05 RL. Sometimes I can be within 20 feet of the door and it doesn't recognize my button push. I wonder if it is a directional issue?
Anybody else experience this? I plan to have it addressed when they get the headlight parts [ordered about 10 days ago]. Since my car is the only Sport Hybrid the local dealer will sell and even the PAWS cars are far and few between in my part of the country. I doubt they have sold more than a few dozen in the last 18 months. The experience and expertise on Acurazine is likely at least as good as my dealer, probably better.

@Malibu Flyer
I have noticed the same thing; I have to be right in front of the garage door for it too work.
To give perspective, my 4-runner will open the garage door 1.5 houses away!!
Maybe this should be in another thread so we don't hijack this one about window washers?

Quick response on range issue.
Installed mine new garage door opener(motor) couple months ago. In instruction was stated not to use LED bulbs in motor because it reduces range.
Maybe Jewel leds got something to do with it?

same here, and interestingly enough, it started happening only when I placed the plastic housing cover back over the motor section. before it was off for the longest time (since we moved in) and I always got good range.
I am also using LED bulbs in the garage motor area. I'll try replacing them with incandescents to see if this works per dzionny's post.

Mine does the same but it is about 1/8" by my estimation. I asked yesterday about that too and it is designed that way to allow for the dual movement of its opening both ways. If there was not that clearance it would not open.
The driver's side window washer is anemic. I'll have them check it next time in. The garage opener is inconsistent. Sometime I can open the door from 100' away; other times I have to drive right up to the door. I wonder what the issue is with LEDs ? RF interference ?
regarding the center armrest, you guys know that there is separation on purpose so that you can run a charging cable out through the front left and right areas while it's closed?
that's what the odd shaped "hooks" are on the front of the inner center console tray is. you run the cable through front middle opening, then run it through either the left or right hook area and from there it can peak outwards external to the armrest even while it's completely closed.

I think I was the first to bring this to the boards attention, Bottom line even after Acura replaced the "Home Link Unit" I had to replace my garage door opener to cure the problem.
It seems that there is a difference in frequencies and the newer GD openers transmit on a higher Freq.
Go figure!!!

See TSB 15-023 - HomeLink System Has Weak or Limited Range in the TSB sticky thread.
