maybe it was not a big leak? Mine is so tinny that you have to look at bottom of case to see that its slightly wet, but not enough to drip down or it would only drip to the cover plate and not floor. You really have to look at it. I am going to dealer second time about this, they blew me off first time.

 

Update: They did a software update. I was skeptical. Three days later same warnings popped up. I was on the highway a bit that weekend and the temperature warning came on again as well.

Took it back. They had it a week and no update. I called today. They're waiting for a new transmission. Surprise surprise.

 

I know your frustration but hopefully they get it back to you fast. Sorry to hear this happened. I never had any issues since mine was fixed. In fact I totally forgot about it until I got an email update on this thread! Hang in there. ✌🏻

 

I doubt its factory new transmission. The standard practice is that they get remanufactured transmission from one of the Honda authorized rebuilders. It does not matter as it’s supposed to be rebuilt to manufacture specs.

 

I had the exact same problem but googled 2017 RLX Hybrid blind spot warning and got on a different thread. The thread said there was something blocking the reverse tab from going back in place. I got the vacuum and cleaned the spot and all the warning lights went off. Hard to believe Acura didn’t know that and just installed transmissions under warranty.
